You initiate a return within Three (3) days from the time you received your items which you will need to bear the shipping cost.
The items must be returned to us in the original packaging, unused and undamaged.
Flash Sales items are not eligible for a refund.

The total refundable amount will exclude 1st delivery fees, as the delivery already took place and duly paid.
