Parents Workshop
We strongly believe that behind the successful academic development of every child lies the support and understanding imparted on by teachers, friends and parents. At Learning InterActive, we recognize the significance of this relationship and as such, have been actively organizing and conducting workshops for parents on various aspects of Mathematics. Highly experienced in the field of teaching pedagogy, our consultants are able to offer in-depth perspectives into the many ways parents are able to support the strides that their child are making.

Through the workshops, we aim to:

Help parents understand the school Mathematics curriculum
Prepare parents to become their children’s mentors
Enable parents to guide their child in their studies and engage them in open and ongoing discussions.

Teachers Workshop

Our teachers’ workshop aims to successfully introduce the very latest in technology tools, teaching methodology and software applications for classroom usage. Working in conjunction with our partners in education (Key Curriculum Press, Texas Instruments and Soft Warehouse), we have successfully conducted a wide variety of workshops for teachers, catered to the needs and requirements of the respective schools.

To date, our consultants have conducted workshops on a variety of subjects including “The applications and uses of Geometer’s Sketchpad GSP” as well as “The functions and operations of Texas Instruments Graphing Calculators and Data Loggers”. Other workshops for teachers include “Ways to set higher order thinking question, Activity based learning”.
